Payment Terms:

• Accepted payment methods are cash, debit card or credit card including American Express (AMEX)
• We now accept Klarna payments, so you can spread the cost!
• Full payment is due upon completion of repairs.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• 48 hours notice required by customer for cancellations or rescheduling appointments.
• Cancellations or reschedules made by the customer within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, will incur a charge of  20% of the total repair cost.
• Appointments may be rescheduled by us due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Estimates:

• Estimates based on photos or videos are approximate.
• Prices may be adjusted if the damage is found to be more extensive during inspection, or if three-stage or specialist colours are required.

Repair Location Requirements:

• Sufficient space is required to park our van next to the vehicle being repaired.
• Safe working space around the vehicle is essential.
• A working plug socket must be accessible and be no further than 20 meters of our van.
• The repair location must be suitable for SMART repair. If this is not the case on the day of the appointment, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may be charged.

Guarantee:

• All repairs include a 6 month guarantee.
• The guarantee excludes additional damage after repairs, stone chips, rust/corrosion or inappropriate aftercare.
• Guarantee applies only to the repaired area.

Aftercare:

• Aftercare advice by your repairer must be followed: failure may void the guarantee

Liability:

• We are responsible only for the specific work carried out.
• No liability is accepted for pre-existing damage, corrosion, poor previous repairs or undisclosed faults.
• We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses including loss of use, loss of earnings, inconvenience or delays.
• No liability is accepted for issues arising from restricted access, inadequate space, lighting, weather or environmental conditions beyond our control.

Acceptance Of Terms:

• By booking a repair, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
